The Source of the Saying that the Temple is the House of Jesus and his father

Chapter III
The Sources of the Gospels and the Way of Writing Them
Section V
The Texts of the Old Testament, which were quoted during the Debates and the Arguments and the Dialogues in the Gospels
In this section we will examine some texts in the Gospels that contain debates and dialogues and arguments, in which the Gospels authors have cited texts from the Old Testament; to find out if these texts consistent with the Gospels and not contradicting with them, nor with the principles and the concepts and the texts of the Old Testament, and if the Gospels authors did not distort and manipulate them to serve what they believe, as we have seen in the previous sections how they have used the texts of the Old Testament to write their narratives to bestow a state of holiness and credibility and reliability on what they have written, away from the revelation and the Holy Spirit, or even the historical events; for this they have distorted and manipulated the texts of the Old Testament, whether by changing the meaning of them, or by adding some paragraphs, or by deleting others, or by writing some paragraphs that were not written in the Old Testament, or by writing some names and numbers that are inconsistent with what is written in the Old Testament, etc.
6 - The Source of the Saying that the Temple is the House of Jesus and his Father
Matthew 21:10 And when He had come into Jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, "Who is this?"
Matthew 21:11 So the multitudes said, "This is Jesusthe prophet from Nazareth of Galilee."
Matthew 21:12 Then Jesus went into the temple of God and drove out all those who bought and sold in the temple, and overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who sold doves.
Matthew 21:13 And He said to them, "It is written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer’, but you have made it a ‘den of thieves’."
Mark 11:15 So they came to Jerusalem. Then Jesus went into the temple and began to drive out those who bought and sold in the temple, and overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who sold doves.
Mark 11:16 And He would not allow anyone to carry wares through the temple.
Mark 11:17 Then He taught, saying to them, "Is it not written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations’? But you have made it a ‘den of thieves’."
Luke 19:45 Then He went into the temple and began to drive out those who bought and sold in it,
Luke 19:46 saying to them"It is written, ‘My house is a house of prayer’, but you have made it a ‘den of thieves’."
John 2:13 Now the Passover of the Jews was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.
John 2:14 And He found in the temple those who sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the moneychangers doing business.
John 2:15 When He had made a whip of cords, He drove them all out of the temple, with the sheep and the oxen, and poured out the changers’ money and overturned the tables.
John 2:16 And He said to those who sold doves, "Take these things awayDo not make My Father’s house a house of merchandise!"
John 2:17 Then His disciples remembered that it was written, "Zeal for Your house has eaten Me up."
These texts are an another dialogue between Jesus and the Jews, which is an another attempt of the Gospels authors to say that Jesus is the son of God, yet it contains many things that show that this saying is not true, including the following:
The first is the saying of the multitudes, "This is Jesus, the prophet from Nazareth of Galilee", and those multitudes were his disciples and his followers, and the difference is very large between the God and the prophet, even there is no comparability between the prophet and the God!
The second is the way of writing and quoting the texts of the Old Testament; we find that Matthew and Luke have written the words on the lips of Jesus directly, while Mark wrote it in the context of the teaching of Jesus to them, i.e., he did not tell them directly, but through teaching them what is written in the Old Testament, while John has written another story and said it happened at the beginning of Jesus' preaching, and has written the words on the lips of Jesus with changing the words, and he declared that the house is his father's house, and then cited another text from the Old Testament and put it in the context of the words of the disciples!
Now let's read the Old Testament texts to see if they apply to Jesus and confirms what he has said, or at least alludes or implies that Jesus is the son of God or not, which are as follows:
Isaiah 56:1 Thus says the LORD: "Keep justice, and do righteousness, For My salvation is about to come, And My righteousness to be revealed.
Isaiah 56:2 Blessed is the man who does this, And the son of man who lays hold on it; Who keeps from defiling the Sabbath, And keeps his hand from doing any evil."
Isaiah 56:3 Do not let the son of the foreigner Who has joined himself to the LORD Speak, saying, "The LORD has utterly separated me from His people"; Nor let the eunuch say, "Here I am, a dry tree."
Isaiah 56:4 For thus says the LORD: "To the eunuchs who keep My Sabbaths, And choose what pleases Me, And hold fast My covenant,
Isaiah 56:5 Even to them I will give in My house And within My walls a place and a name Better than that of sons and daughters; I will give them an everlasting name That shall not be cut off.
Isaiah 56:6 "Also the sons of the foreigner Who join themselves to the LORD, to serve Him, And to love the name of the LORD, to be His servants — Everyone who keeps from defiling the Sabbath, And holds fast My covenant —
Isaiah 56:7 Even them I will bring to My holy mountain, And make them joyful in My house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and their sacrifices Will be accepted on My altar; For My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations."
In this text we read two times about keeping the Sabbath and holding fast the covenant of the LORD, which have not been committed to by the Gospels authors and the various churches, which means that they have broken this text! And the last paragraph is the paragraph that has been quoted by Matthew, Mark and Luke, and we note that Mark quoted it exactly as it is written in the Old Testament, while Matthew has deleted the paragraph "for all nations", and Luke has deleted the paragraphs "shall be called" and "for all nations".
As for the saying "den of thieves", although what they were doing could not call it the work of thieves, but after searching in the Old Testament I have found a text describes the temple as a den of thieves, and this is one of many evidences that proves that the Gospels had been written mostly from the Old Testament texts away from the historical events, and away from the Holy Spirit, as is their method of writing as is shown in this book, to bestow a state of holiness and credibility and reliability on them by creating the similarity between them and the Old Testament! And the text that describes the temple as a den of thieves is as follows:
Jeremiah 7:9 "Will you steal, murder, commit adultery, swear falsely, burn incense to Baal, and walk after other gods whom you do not know,
Jeremiah 7:10 "and then come and stand before Me in this house which is called by My name, and say, ‘We are delivered to do all these abominations’?
Jeremiah 7:11 "Has this house, which is called by My name, become a den of thieves in your eyes? Behold, I, even I, have seen it," says the LORD.
In this text we read that the LORD has mentioned that the children of Israel have walked after other gods whom they do not know, and this saying applies to the three gods that are worshiped by the Gospels authors and the various churches, because the LORD did not ask to worship them in the Old Testament, and were not worshiped by any one of the Prophets of Israel, or called to worship them.
As for John, he had cited another text, which is as follows:
Psalm 69:5 O GodYou know my foolishness; And my sins are not hidden from You.
Psalm 69:6 Let not those who wait for You, O Lord GOD of hosts, be ashamed because of me; Let not those who seek You be confounded because of me, O God of Israel.
Psalm 69:7 Because for Your sake I have borne reproach; Shame has covered my face.
Psalm 69:8 I have become a stranger to my brothers, And an alien to my mother’s children;
Psalm 69:9 Because zeal for Your house has eaten me up, And the reproaches of those who reproach You have fallen on me.
These paragraphs are part of the Psalm, which was discussed in detail previously, and showed that it was not talking about Jesus, and the saying of the speaker in the Psalm that the LORD knows his foolishness; and his sins are not hidden from Him confirms that this text was not talking about Jesus, because he according to the Gospels and the laws of the faith of the churches is the Second Person of the three Hypostases, who are one and have the same nature and essence, and he who was without any sin, hence, I do not think that anyone of the authors or the churches or anyone else could believe, or even merely thinking, that Jesus is foolish, as the speaker describes himself!
From all of the above, appears to us that the Gospels authors failed to write the story in a manner consistent and coherent with the attributes that supposed to be for Jesus according to the laws of faith of the churches, which also confirms that they have used the texts of the Old Testament as a method and approach to write the Gospels away from the revelation and the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, and even away from the historical events, just to bestow a state of holiness and credibility and reliability on their Gospels, which means that our law "do not accept the lying and false" applies to these texts.
